Starting his career at Daiko Advertising Inc. in 2011, Mr. Morinaga has worked as a strategic planner with Clients across the Cosmetics, Toiletry, Health Food, Pharmaceutical categories, etc. He has extensive experience in marketing strategy planning, business development, product development and market research. Mr. Morinaga is the founder of JAPAN LGBT RESEARCH INSTITUTE, INC.(a Hakuhodo DY Holdings Company), which was established in 2016. Being a part of the LGBT community himself, his goal is to help establish a society with greater diversity through providing marketing solutions and support to companies which would like to explore more about the sexual minorities.
