Aoyama started his career at an Internet ad agency and worked mainly in the digital marketing domain for EC web sites. In 2011, he joins BizReach and was directly involved in building an in-house marketing team from the ground up. He then led the marketing team for BizReach, which now has more than seven hundred thousand registered users and is Japan’s foremost job site exclusive to high class executive jobs. He also took part in launching LUXA, an EC web site, as well as RegionUP, an executive job site for the Asian market. He is currently the marketing director for careertrek, a job site for business professionals under 30. He is in charge of user acquisition, BtoB marketing, and owned media strategy.
